Responsibilities
• Lead the development and implementation of innovative training program in provincial level• Coordinate the provision of technical services to improve the skills and capacity of health care workers• Develop and update high-quality training modules and knowledge products• Ensure seamless planning, implementation of training program activities and technical support• Oversee the technical design and implementation of training program activities• Analyze and use BEBAS TB program data to make strategic and evidence-decision decisions• Ensure adherence to TB control standards and best practices• Contribute to the development of quality program progress reports• Produce documentation of project successes and lessons learned• Provide technical leadership and oversight for the project
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in public health with a minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant experience• Experience in designing and/or managing training programs• Knowledge of the Indonesian health system• Strong analytical and computer skills• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia• Willingness to be based in one of the coverage districts• Ability to travel locally within province/districts and occasionally to Jakarta/other provinces
Key Skills Needed
