Psychological Customer Service - Incident Response

Details of the offer

**Requirement**:

- **Bachelor Degree - Psychology, with minimum GPA 2.75.
**:

- _**Able to speak English (able to answer questions in English) i a mandatory**_
- **Open for fresh graduate with skills to communicate with empathy, volunteer in social/humanitarian activity would be an advantage.
**:

- Excited with Customer Service role, working with target and in a fast-pace environment
- Fast & Accurate Typing skills ( min 50 wmp/90% accuracy) and attention to details are very important.
- **Willing to work in the shifting schedule**:

- Experience in the customer service area (preferred)
- **Sense Of Empathy, able to set a friendly tone (Smiling Voice)**:

- Good analytical skill
- Fast response, effective and efficient in working
- Able to work within a dynamic environment
- Vaccinated min 2 Dose
- Customer Service to join with the Incident Response (IR) Team, specifically to support in staying ahead of any risk that might occur during the incident
- Provide excellent customer service to our consumer and partners base

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rp5,000,000 - Rp5,300,000 per month

- Customer Service/CustomerCare: 1 year (required)
