Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in public relations or corporate communications.
- Excellent organization skills and an active individual.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong working knowledge of a variety of public relations programs.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and execute successful public relations campaigns.
Role & Responsibility:
- Responsible for supporting and implementing PR activities, especially product related projects and campaigns (Roadshow & Digital efforts).
- Building the concept of brand management, developing brand image and growing brand awareness through innovative and creative ways of connecting with Digital Marketing activities.
- Responsible for conducting reports, research and campaign evaluations on all communication platforms.
Ensure all communication is cohesive with the brand image.
Measure PR program impacts using regular reporting
- Staying up to date with current trends, content, and styles that are relevant to boost brand's image and relevance in the industry.
- Responsible for organizing PR events such as press conferences, media gatherings, media visits and others media related events
- Supervising and collaborating with vendors, agencies and external stakeholders for public affairs, consumer organization, crisis and issue, etc.
- Pitch story ideas and content to the media.
handle and develop media relations activities and requests.
**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp6,500,000 per month
