**_Job description_**
- Plan a full year PR/ KOL strategy to help achieve overall company objectives.
- Negotiate with KOLs and celebrities for contractual terms and scope of work which will be renewed on a yearly basis.
- Create and maintain the company's branding and communication plan.
- Develop and implement the company's community management and engagement plan.
- Create content for press releases for locally driven campaigns and events (e.g., store openings).
- Relationship management.
- Be the face of the brand for on-going contact with Media partners and KOLs/celebrities to maintain strong relationships and thereby achieving brand love amongst partners.
- Work with cross functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of local events.
- Manage and recap monthly budget for public events.
- Monthly PR reporting to supervisor on competitor's PR activities.
**_Requirements_**
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum 2+ years of working experience in PR/Communications.
- Experienced in the following industry such as Influencer Marketing/Advertising/Fashion/FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of PR is required and familiar on handling media inquiries.
- Ability to understand key issues and provide solutions including best opportunities.
- Ability to analyse media coverages and seek new opportunities.
- Experienced and ability to develop creative storytelling including creative copywriting.
- Committed to work fulltime (Monday to Friday, 10 to 6).
- Willing to do WFO policy (Hash's office is located in Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta).
