**Job Purpose**:To lead the QA Engineer team by monitoring testing progress, improving team processes, and being able to review test plans and test approaches and ensure they meet the requirements of the goal of the system.
**This position will be reporting to the QA Manager.

**Main Responsibility**
- As the quality assurance team lead, you will be required to build/improve team processes, good practices as well as training and mentoring your team.
- Responsible for collating project status and updating reports.
- Create & manage bug reports and communicate with the team.
- Overall status monitoring of various testing requirements.
- Review test plans and test approaches.
**Other Responsibility**
- Create and document testing scenarios
- Run Functional, Integration, Regression, and Performance testing.
- Analyze & report QC/QA testing results/bugs.
- Create End User's / Product Manual & Documentation.
- Enhance the QA/QC process as needed.
- Build testing automation
**Knowledge & Experience**
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing and automated testing.
- 2 or 1 year as QA Lead or handle QA team leadership.
- Persistence, meticulous, and trustworthiness in terms of monitoring and controlling the process
- Extensive knowledge of methodologies & standards of quality assurance
- Expert understanding of software QA, including best practices, processes, and various types of testing
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP, Network, SQL, API interface.
- Good knowledge of scripting programming language, preferably Java or alike.
- Good interpersonal skills, patient, meticulous, good analytical thinking, hard worker, and detailed attitude/personality.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia is written.
- Knowledge of some programming languages (C/C++, Javascript, etc).
