- Manage the tendering process for projects.
- Manage price lists and Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) with material suppliers.
- Prepare Work Orders and handle invoicing.
- Handle administrative tasks and maintain archives.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Work Experience: 5 years as Section Head to Analyst
- Work Field: Quantity Surveyor
- Work Background: Property
- Skills: QS for Landed House projects
