**What we are expecting from the role...**
- You will proactively seek out ways to avoid common software-testing problems such as test case duplication, flaky tests and maintainability
- You will pair with devs to embed quality into the development process
- You will implement and maintain test strategies already provided during the software development process
- Drive the creation of a reliable automated testing suite with strong reporting capabilities that ensures simple, effective analysis of failures for your team to use
**Requirements**:
**Technical skills**:
- You have worked as a Quality Analyst for 3-4 years as part of a development team, with Devs, Business Analysts, Infrastructure Engineers, Designers etc
- You have experience with using at least one API automation testing framework and UI testing automation
- You have experience with Agile, CI/CD, and different types of nonfunctional testing
- You have experience in using defect tracking and defect management tools

- You can zoom out to the big picture and analyze the impact of changes to the product
- You are a quick learner and enjoy picking up new technology and engineering practices
- You're resilient in ambiguous situations and can approach and tackle problems from multiple perspectives
