Job Title: Quality Assurance Inspector (Airworthiness) at AirAsia
Job Summary:
As a Quality Assurance Inspector (Airworthiness) at AirAsia, you will be responsible for ensuring the airworthiness of aircraft by conducting thorough airworthiness checks, controlling all necessary documentation, and verifying the continued airworthiness of the aircraft through assessments of maintenance activities and reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the certification program for aircraft delivery and redelivery, carrying out Airworthiness Directives reviews, conducting investigations of incidents and accidents, and liaising with regulatory authorities to resolve regulatory and quality matters.
**Responsibilities**:
- Planned, prepares, and perform airworthiness checks of the aircraft for issuing airworthiness certificates
- Plan and prepare airworthiness checks in accordance with AirAsia's policies and regulatory requirements
- Conduct thorough airworthiness checks of the aircraft to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Issue airworthiness certificates upon completion of checks
- Control all aircraft and have valid documents such as Certificates of Registration, Certificate Of Airworthiness, Radio Licenses, Insurance Certificates, etc as applicable
- Ensure all necessary documentation is in place and up-to-date for each aircraft
- Verify the validity of documents such as Certificates of Registrations, Certificates of Airworthiness, Radio Licenses, Insurance Certificates, etc
- Ensure that all aircraft documentation is maintained in an organized and secure manner
- Provide comprehensive assessment of all maintenance activities and reports for verifying the continued airworthiness of aircraft
- Review and assess maintenance reports to ensure the continued airworthiness of the aircraft
- Provide recommendations for corrective action as required
- Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with approved procedures and regulations
- Control certification program for delivery and redelivery of aircraft.
- Manage the certification program for aircraft delivery and redelivery
- Ensure all required documentation is in place and up-to-date
- Conduct thorough checks of the aircraft to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Carry out Airworthiness Directives review

- Determine the applicability of Airworthiness Directives to AirAsia's fleet
- Ensure compliance with applicable Airworthiness Directives
- Carry out an investigation of occurrences, incidents, and accidents and review accident and incident reports.
- Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and accidents
- Review accident and incident reports
- Provide recommendations for corrective action as required
- Liaise with the regulatory authorities to resolve regulatory and quality matters.
- Maintain positive relationships with regulatory authorities

Qualifications:
- Hold an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer's License (AMEL) A320
- Possess a valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer's License (AMEL) for A320 or equivalent
- Possess a Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- Possess a Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering
- Possess a strong understanding of aircraft systems, components, and maintenance procedures
- Good understanding and ability to work with Microsoft Office, google suite
- Possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
