As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure optimal product performance and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures for Youtap's software products.
- Create and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases, ensuring thorough and effective testing of software functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects and issues.
- Monitor and track software quality metrics, providing regular reports and updates to management.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the documentation and maintenance of quality-related documentation, including test plans, test reports, and quality assurance procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and testing.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality assurance processes and methodologies.
- Provide support and guidance to development teams in implementing quality measures and best practices.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 Years+ Proven experience in quality assurance or software testing roles.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance processes.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools for software testing and quality control.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to identify and document software defects accurately.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
