**Job Roles and Responsibilities**As the Quality Head for our esteemed organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our products and services. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a robust quality management system to meet industry regulations and exceed customer expectations. This position demands a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of quality control processes within the oil and gas sector, coupled with effective leadership to drive a culture of continuous improvement.**Responsibilities**:- Quality Management System (QMS): Develop, implement, and maintain an effective Quality Management System aligned with industry standards and certifications. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with QMS requirements.- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance overall product and service quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and reduce defects.- Supplier Quality Management: Establish and maintain robust supplier quality management processes. Conduct supplier audits and collaborate with procurement teams to ensure the selection of high-quality vendors.- Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards to ensure the company's compliance. Interface with regulatory bodies to address and resolve quality-related matters.- Customer Satisfaction: Implement strategies to measure and improve customer satisfaction with a focus on delivering products that meet or exceed customer expectations.- Training and Development: Provide leadership and guidance to the quality team.
