**Leadership**
- Lead and manage a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Oversee the effective execution of QMS projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and client requirements.
**QMS Development**
- Develop and implement robust Quality Management Systems tailored to meet the specific needs of foreign companies entering new markets.
- Stay abreast of industry standards, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve and update QMS methodologies.
**Consultation and Client Engagement**
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients seeking QMS services, understanding their business goals, and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Provide expert consultation on QMS implementation, compliance, and optimization, aligning services with client objectives.
- Conduct regular client meetings to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for additional support.
**Relationship Building**
- Cultivate strong and enduring relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor in the realm of Quality Management Systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination, promoting a unified approach to client success.
**Continuous Improvement**
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QMS department, identifying opportunities for efficiency, innovation, and enhanced service delivery.
- Regularly evaluate and enhance internal processes to ensure the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
**Certification Maintenance**
- Ensure the company maintains certification for the international standard ISO 9001.
- Act as the liaison with the certification body, establishing and maintaining effective communication.
- Prepare the company for external audits, ensuring readiness and compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in quality / process improvement or strategic area is preferred but not mandatory.
- Engineering degree is preferred, or any degree related to business management or statistics.

**Work Experience Requirements**
- Proven experience in Quality Management Systems, with a track record of successful implementation and improvement.
- Expertise in Food Safety, SOP development and/or Internal Audits is a plus.
- Proven record maintains close contact with C-level and CEO to provide regular updates on QMS performance, challenges, and offer strategic advice, initiatives, potential improvements, and long-term planning.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Competent in problem solving.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge about ISO 9001:2015 standard guidelines.
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio).
- Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members.
- Anticipates and overcomes obstacles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client engagement.
- In-depth knowledge of international business practices and regulations
- advanced degree or certification in Quality Management is a plus.
Pay: Rp10,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month
