Recruiter Freelance

**Responsibilities**:

- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide updates on progress, and ensure alignment with their recruitment strategies.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients and improve recruitment strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and deliver results within agreed timelines.
- Adaptability: Being a freelance recruiter involves working with different clients and roles, so adaptability and flexibility are crucial.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 3 per week

**Salary**: Rp3,000,000 - Rp32,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruitment: 2 years (preferred)
