Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for Recruitment Consultant at Engio, and this position is for hybrid working arrangement (WFO & WFH)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Understand client recruitment needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.

**Requirements Analysis**:

- Work closely with clients to fully understand their staffing needs, job descriptions, and company culture.
- Translate client requirements into detailed job descriptions to guide recruitment efforts.

**Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling recruitment services to existing clients.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase the agency's capabilities and services.

**Negotiation and Offer Management**:
**Market Knowledge and Research**:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.
- Provide insights to clients on market conditions and compensation trends.

**Performance Tracking and Reporting**:

- Generate regular reports on recruitment activities, key performance indicators, and account health.

**Problem Resolution**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions to challenges that may arise during the recruitment process.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field (Engineering field will be a plus).
- Experience in account management, business development, or recruitment within a recruitment agency or staffing firm.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- A client-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.

Jenis Pekerjaan: Paruh Waktu
Jam paruh waktu: 20 per minggu

Gaji: Rp1.700.000 - Rp6.800.000 per bulan
