Recruitment Manager

This is a work-from-home role in a fast-paced industry with an Australian Company.- **You MUST be able to speak english****Responsibilities include**:- Develop and maintain internal relationships with Managers and staff.- Facilitate regular and planned employee appraisals processes.- Advise Managers on employee disciplinary processes.- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.- Maintain records and complete statistical reports concerning staff related data.- Analyse training needs to design employee improvement programs.**What You Will Need**:- Minimum 1 years experience in HR Manager- Able to develop a strategy for People and Organizational Development- Excellent communication, Interpersonal, collaboration and negotiation Skills- Strong in Industrial Relations, Talent Development, Organisation Development, and HR- Strong leadership- Working From Home (10 AM - 7 PM Melbourne/Sydney Time)**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month**Experience**:- Human Resources Manager: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)Shift availability:- Day Shift (preferred)
