Recruitment Officer

**What You Will Need**
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Psychology
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment or Human Resource similar area
- Have an experience from consulting industry will be an advantage
- Have a good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to design and implement overall recruiting strategy, and create recruitment dashboard to optimize tracking recruitment and get faster hiring process is a plus
- Ability to perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives will be an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written in English
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta Selatan
- Ability to join in ASAP

**What You Will Do**
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board
- Assist Human Capital Manager in developing psychological tests for values-fit assessments and conduct them
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated, make sure that the preparation for the new employee orientation program goes well
- Handle HR administrative duties related to health insurance and employee development programs
