Monitor and documenting all given services from third parties based on agreed contract.
- Collect documents from ship owners or shipping agent ssuch as Fixture Note, Bill of Lading, timesheet etc.
- Prepare the Shipping Transfer Order (if any) to related internal functions
- Key in all transactions in SAP timely and accurate
- Collect and prepare the sale contract for each shipment
- Perform all claims processes that occured based on insurance claim standard procedures
- Perform all shipping information documentation for further analysis and follow-up
- Track and documenting the given quality of services from third parties surveyor.
- Plan and match the contract of purchase / sale with plan of shipping activity
- Perpare all incoming invoices for payment process
- Track the payment of claim process and record it.
- Cmmunicate and follow up with the vendor for overdue bill payment status

**Job Requirements**:

- Min Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- Having min 3 years of working experience in Shipping Administration
- Good in communication skill and analytical thinking
- Fluent in English, can speak Mandarin could be an advantages
- Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta
