This function will be reporting to the Indonesia Commercial Director and this role is focused on Perfumery&Beauty division and it will be based at DSM Firmenich office at Tanah Abang.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Responsible to grow Fine Fragrance business in South East Asia with a focus on Indonesia and Philippines
- Routine engagement with local clients in Indonesia
- Regular travel to Philippines to build engagement with local clients and support perfumery team
- Responsible to deliver sales growth and margin targets for Fine Fragrance Indonesia and Philippines
- Work closely with regional team to develop Fine Fragrance segment in South East Asia
- Define account / segment strategy, needs, targets, and priorities to win business
**We value**:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Chemistry, Business, Engineering with 5-7 years working experience in B2B sales.
- Good understanding of Perfumery house industry
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Commercially savvy with good negotiation skill - ability to 'close the deal'
- Keen ability to identify and communicate local country market, and consumer trends.
- Positive work attitude, Self-Starter, Result Oriented, Entrepreneurial and able to work independently and or in a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, agility, resilience and having the ability to communicate at all levels
