1. Conduct working visits and direct field visits to ensure that work programs are implemented in accordance with predetermined schedules and standards.2. Ensuring that fruits can be harvested efficiently and in accordance with standards and no delays in shipments to factories.3. Coordinate harvesting for the fruit to be delivered to the factory in accordance with the processing capacity and not to cause the fruit restans in the garden.4. Ensure the operational costs of the gardens, techniques and offices are carried out effectively and in accordance with the budget.5. Develop an annual RC operational budget based on the next year's work plan and the realization of the current year's costs.6. Ensure that all buildings, work environment, office, vehicles and garden equipment and others are in good condition.7. Ensure that the waste management facilities are well maintained and the distribution process is carried out according to the procedure.8.
