Regional Product Ops (S&R&A&C) - Sea Labs

- Experienced (Individual Contributor)
- Assist product managers to design long-term solutions to improve search & recommendation engines
- Work with the local product, regional operations team, and relevant stakeholders to evaluate, analyze, and improve the quality of search & recommendation
- Perform testing and QC to evaluate the quality of search & recommendation features
- Surface issues with search & recommendation by reviewing bad cases and collecting product feedback
- Provide insights on local market's contexts, competitors, trends, and performance

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's / Master's Degree from a recognized tertiary education institution
- Communicate clearly verbally and in writing in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Good command of Excel/Google Sheet
