Regional Recruiter - Education Technology Company

Our client is an Education Technology company and presently they are hiring Regional Recruiter with following working responsibilities and requirements.
Working Responsibilities:

- Positions to recruit for include sales, marketing, business, instructional designs, counsellors etc.
Having a network in the higher education environment would be a bonus.
- Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements.
- Keep up-to-date with new edtech trends and products.
- Follow our processes and procedures to ensure compliance, while using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that we're in the process of evaluating.
Working Requirements:

- 4+ years of recruitment experience working in a fast paced environment.
- Experience hiring sales, marketing, business, instructional design, counsellors and positions in the education sector would be a bonus.
- Tech savvy to improve productivity and efficiency of the process.
- Able to communicate (written, verbal) well with colleagues from various departmentsand locations (Indonesia, India, Singapore, etc).
- Ability to understand and explain job requirements for the roles you cover.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases, with knowledge of sourcing techniques.
- Solid understanding of HR practises and labour legislation.
**Salary**: Rp1,500,000,000 - Rp2,000,000,000 per month
