As a Regional Sales Manager for the SEA region, you will be responsible for leading and driving sales efforts for CloudSEK specializing in digital risk management and predictive threat intelligence. This role is crucial in establishing and
expanding our presence in the SEA market. We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in cyber security sales to large enterprises and SMBs, along with prior experience working in startup environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in the South East Asia region focusing on Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand. Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, within target organizations to understand their cyber security needs and position our product offerings effectively. Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing deals, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to align sales efforts with overall company objectives. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market feedback to management. Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the region, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retention. Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in the cyber security space, sharing knowledge and insights with the broader sales team. REQUIREMENTS Proven track record of at least 7 years in B2B sales, preferably in the cyber security industry, with a focus on selling to large enterprises and SMBs. Strong network and existing relationships with key stakeholders in the SEA market, particularly in Indonesia and Malaysia. Experience working in a startup or fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with diverse audiences. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for cyber security. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.
