Regional Seller Experience - Business Development

The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee's buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- Manage and prioritize a seller experience portfolio/product/feature across different markets.
- Define all seller experience related projects by benchmarking the industry seller initiatives and tools to facilitate the selling process on the platform.
- Seek out cross-project synergies (across global initiatives, regional plans and interdependent projects) and ensure leveraged opportunities across all project initiatives.
- Collaborate with key business group, project teams and regional team to design, develop and implement product/feature that support business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree from any major
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in product or strategic project management
- Having working experience in the e-commerce and/or management consulting industry would be a plus
- Structured problem-solving skills, strategic & structured thinking, and good presentation skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects with different stakeholders
- Excellence communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Good team player with a positive attitude, self-driven, and independence would
