**Description**:
- Preparing, reviewing and monitoring the annual audit schedule for ISO 22716, CPKB, CPPKRTB, CPOB, CPOTB and HALAL / HAS.
- Preparing, reviewing and monitoring internal audit materials ISO 22716, CPKB, CPPKRTB, CPOB, CPOTB and HALAL / HAS.
- Inform the audit schedule as well as meetings to each relevant department.
- Preparing, reviewing and monitoring schedule management review meetings.
- Make a management review meeting invitation form
- Make an agenda, attendance form and meeting minutes.
- Make a report on the results of the meeting with the approval of the vice director and distribute the results of the meeting to each relevant and documented department.
- Documenting all company legal documents and informing them that something is near expiration.
- Documenting all ISO 22716, CPKB, CPPKRTB, CPOB, CPOTB and HALAL / HAS documents.
- Responsible for the distribution of documents to each relevant department and ensuring documents are validly distributed.
- Responsible for the batch record documentation.
- Understand the hygiene personnel requirements set by the company.
- Helps compile, manage and evaluate the Halal Guarantee System with the Halal Management Team.
- Assisting in carrying out the actions needed in implementing HAS including corrective actions to errors until the production cessation or rejection of material received, in accordance with the rules set by LPPOM MUI with the Halal Management Team.
- Helps compile and implement written procedures in critical activities to produce halal products consistently with the Halal Management Team.
- Helps make a report on the Halal Assurance System Implementation to Management and LPPOM MUI every 6 months with the Halal Management Team.
- Communicate to LPPOM MUI.
**Qualification**:
- Minimum education of Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Chemical Engineering Pharmacist.,
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience
- Preparing and registering products to BPOM and Kemenkes
- Understanding in CPKB, CPPKRTB, CPOB, CPOTB, ISO 22716, HALAL is a must.
- Able to adapt to the manufacturing work environment.
- Good communication skill in English both oral or written.
- Good adaptability to rapid changes.
- Willing to work in **Tangerang, Kosambi**.
