Our client also offers, Commercial Insurance products, starting from Vehicle Insurance, Fire Insurance, Property All Risks Insurance, Earthquake Insurance, Shipping Insurance, Terrorism & Sabotage Insurance, Contractor All Risks Insurance, Erection All Risks Insurance, Heavy Equipment Insurance, to Machinery Breakdown Insurance.
- Reviewing last year's Treaty's budget and workplans
- Creating this year's Treaty's workplans
- Controlling this year's Treaty's budget
- Reviewing and evaluating last year's Treaty's renewal statistics
- Supervising, monitoring, and executing the whole process of Treaty's workplans
- Reviewing, Supervising, and Controlling all Treaty's documents and reports, and ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and delivery
- Reporting to Regulator (OJK) to ensure that all regulations, policies, and workplans are aligned with Regulator
- Supporting the Reassurance Head in Treaty's renewal negotiating process as well as in the
- File Management and Documentation
- Coordinating the optimization of Treaty's work including communicating with IT or Vendor when there are issues or problems
- Reviewing, monitoring, and analyzing the whole implementation process of Treaty's workplans, and making adjustments to the work guidelines, when necessary, as per the current SOP applied
- Reviewing and evaluating technology usage level in Treaty
- Supervising the efficiency of facility usage in Treaty to support optimized work
- Involved in Staff Development through training, coaching, and counseling
- Participating in training for self-improvement
- Reviewing, analyzing, and following up relevant LHA and compiling the responses, in a timely manner
- Bachelor degree in any relevant fields
- Having minimum 3 years of experience in General Insurance
- Having minimum 3 years in relevant fields
- Having good communications skill in English both written and spoken
- Experienced in cooperating with reassurance companies
- Certificate A3IK holders will be prioritized
**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month
