As a Relationship Manager specializing in SME Supply Chain Financing, your primary focus will be driving the sales growth of our company. This role involves actively managing relationships with SME clients, overseeing the credit process, and ensuring the success of deals in alignment with management-set targets.
**What you'll do**:
- Actively manage relationships with SME clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored financial solutions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, fostering long-term business relationships.
- Oversee the entire credit process for SME Supply Chain Financing, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with policies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance deal success and mitigate risks.
**What we're looking for**:
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in SME/Commercial Banking as a Relationship Manager.
- Excellent knowledge of SME and Commercial products, as well as related banking products, providing the foundation for sound guidance.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, complemented by effective negotiation abilities and a keen understanding of credit risk.
- Excellent English communication skills; both written and verbal.
- Able to adapt to an evolving and fast-paced working environment.
