Persyaratan
- Bachelor's degree from reputable University
- At least 4-5 years working experiences as a Relationship Manager
- Open Male or Female
- Max Age: 40 years old
- Fluent in English
- Look Professional, Target oriented and Good in Communication skills

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily and weekly planning of sales activities in order to reach those targets.
- Increase customer account balance through continuous execution of sales activities
- Introduce and explain products or promotions, cross-sell and accounting opening.
- Handle customer account-related administrative procedures or paperwork
- Stay updated on banking products and promotions, and preferably also market products, players, and trends
- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers:

- Regular courtesy calls - to check up on customers, not just for sales purposes
- Profiling: understand needs, preferences, lifestyles
- Handle Product inquiries, solve customer issues and conduct financial planning
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Work closely with all members of the branch team.
- All sales activities must be done in compliance with company and government regulations and policies
- Etc.
