Understand customer needs and develop plans to create sales opportunities
- Approach potential customers to establish relationships and add new database
- Promote high quality sales, supply, and customer service processes
- Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
- Problem solving oriented: resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Target oriented: manage pipeline to deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Follow up progress: strive for pending works until it is complete and fully responsible
- Monitoring: sales growth, coordinate with other internal division, report analyze
- Be creative
- At least Bachelors Degree in any major
- Prefer to have a technical background in management / marketing
- A proven track record of successful sales/telemarketing experience in a targeted environment
- High competency with computers, create and deliver presentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High self-motivation to achieve and exceed set targets
- Ability to work well in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills, a good understanding of the sales/buying cycle, and the ability to assess sales opportunities
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position, specialized in ecommerce or equivalent will be better
