**Singapore Customer Service Officer-Based in Indonesia**
Shifting Schedule 5 days working 2 days off.
Fully remote working

**Salary**: 4.500.000 IDR

**Jobscope**:
1. Prompt response to Customers, complying to company's Service Level Agreement (SLA).
2. Following SOP to assist customers efficiently and effectively.
3. Increase customer's satisfactory level.
4. Schedule of Trials and Lessons for Students.
5. Carry out daily operations and tasks.
