**Job Description**:

- Arrange organoleptic test for an internal and selected panelists, analyst the result, and determine recommendation list
- Manage data material evaluation results
- Support documentation of standard product manual ( how to prepare - cook - serve ) of each menu
- Arrange stability test for actual and accelerated method
- Support good laboratory practice implementation

**Qualifications**:

- Graduated with Bachelor degree of food technology/chemistry / nutrition
- Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experiences
- Understand about data processing
- Have knowledge about food stability testing, organoleptic and basic ISO 9001 documentation
- Able to join ASAP
