To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Reservation within the Sales & Marketing Division.

**Qualifications**:

- Min. 2 years work experience in a hotel or larger operations: preferably with experience in luxury international brands.
- Good customer service, communications, and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Excellent Opera Hotel System.
- Excellent in English (both verbal and written).
