Responsibilities Strategic Sales Development : Collaborate closely with the Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) of Sales and Marketing to formulate and implement a robust sales strategy. Aim to consistently meet or exceed the set sales targets for AYANA Residence. Digital Marketing: Manage AYANA Residences digital marketing assets, including social media and the website. Budget and Sales Targets : Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and manage the expense proposals. Establish and monitor quarterly and annual sales targets, ensuring alignment with the company's financial objectives. Client Management : Take charge of the entire sales cycle for AYANA Residence, from initial client engagement to deal closure, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction throughout the process. Requirements At least 1 years of experience in sales or in a front facing hospitality role; familiarity with the Bali residential market is beneficial. Diploma or higher educational qualification. Proficient in both English and Indonesian. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities. Eagerness to learn and adapt in new environments.
