**Key Responsibilities**:
- To be responsible of your attendance 5 minutes before your schedule times
- Well grooming, clean and tidy uniform including shine shoe
- To responsible that the service is at all times performed in a professional manner and to the style as Specified by the standard operational procedure.
- To be fully conversant with every food and beverages product dish in the restaurant and the provide explanations if requested
- To make sure that company policy and the vision Statement are followed and utilized at all times
- To supervise mise en place, cleaning and service in the restaurant are correct distribution to the standard set by the company
- To ensure that the billing procedure is through, correct of each guest consume
- To ensure that all tasks set are completed in the time allocated and to the standard set by the company
- To responsible room service order and delivery to the standard laid by company procedure
- To pick up telephone quickly to deal with guest/staff enquiries in a professional manner
- To ensure and has an outstanding knowledge about POS System
- To ensure that all dishes are transported to the restaurant is clear, clean through the sanitation and hygiene standard
- To report all the comment, complain or any other feedback from the guest's to the restaurant manager
- To be ensuring the station are ready for service
- To be aware of the location of each room in the residences and the quickest way to reach them
- To ensure that all food or beverages box that taken to the room are checked before being delivered
- To assist the restaurant manager in all preparation and presentation of training programs, briefing's and SOP's
- To report, monitor or handle disciplinary matter
- To ensure that restaurant and room service are maintained if high quality standard
- To be fully aware of fire safety procedure & Health safety regulation procedure.
