Restaurant Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Managing and supervising day-to-day operational activities going smooth.
- Being an excelent roll model for staff to implement the SOP consistently.
- Make sure for all restaurants tool and equipment well maintained.
- Create operational report (daily,weekly and monthly) to GM and BOD
- Aid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability

**Qualifications**
- Placement Jakarta and Tangerang Selatan Area
- At least 2 years' of full-service restaurant management
- Execellent leadership skill, mentoring & coaching
- Have a good knowledge about sales target, restaurant operations & system
- Great attitude and Integrity
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skill
- Good ability to keep inventory organized
- Attacctive, neat & Always pay attention to the best apperance
