Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

- Managing and supervising day to day operational activities going smooth.
- Being an excellent role model for staff to implement SOP consistently.
- Make sure all restaurant tools and equipments are all well maintained
- Create operational report (daily, weekly, and monthly to GM and BOD
- Aid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability

qualifications:

- Placement at **KELAPA GADING**:

- at least 2 years of full service in restaurant management
- Excellent leadership skill, mentoring & coaching
- Have good knowledge about sales target, restaurant operations & system
- Great attitude and Integrity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Good ability to keep inventory organized
- Attractive, neat and always pay attention to the best appearance

Upah: Rp10.000.000 - Rp15.000.000 per bulan
