Restaurant Manager

**Job Description**:

- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality Indonesian dishes using traditional methods.
- Ensure the consistent quality of dishes by following recipes and presentation specifications.
- Oversee the daily operations of the Indonesian food section.
- Assist the Sous Chef or Executive Chef in developing and updating the Indonesian menu.
- Suggest new or seasonal dishes, taking into account market availability and food trends.

Work Experience
- Culinary arts diploma or relevant certification, with specialization or training in Indonesian cuisine being a strong advantage.
- Several years of kitchen experience, with a focus on Indonesian cuisine.
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a similar role in a reputed hotel or restaurant is beneficial.
