JOB DESCRIPTION
The Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of one outlet, ensuring a smooth workflow, excellent customer service, and adherence to company standards. This role involves managing staff, handling customer complaints, and ensuring the cleanliness and overall environment of the outlet. The Supervisor will also be responsible for cash handling and will lead the recruitment of part-time employees as needed.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee the operations of one outlet.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
• Develop and manage staff schedules, including rota management for 8 employees (12 employees on weekends split into two shifts).
• Perform cashier duties as needed.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant and ensure employees adhere to hygiene standards.
• Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills, and foster a positive work environment.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of part-time employees.
• Participate in the training provided by the company.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENT
• 1-1.5 years of experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Attention to detail, with a perfectionist approach to maintaining high standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle customer complaints effectively.
• Passionate about maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
