**Job Deskripsi**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement.
- Train, motivate, and supervise the sales team to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, set goals, and provide feedback.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage and optimize inventory turnover.
- Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Train staff on effective customer service techniques and ensure they adhere to company standards.
- Implement efficient operational processes and procedures to streamline workflow.
- Monitor and analyze retail performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop marketing materials and strategies tailored to the retail segment.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed
- Recruit, train, and develop retail staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to staff.

- Solid understanding of retail operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
