**Responsibilities**:
**What You Will Do**
- Responsible for evaluating existing business partnerships within distribution channels by measuring in a certain matrix in a timely manner.
- Responsible for developing potential new business/partnership.
- Responsible for sustaining existing asset under management for distribution channels such as banks (investment services). This includes interacting with the distributors' wealth management/private banking groups: ie. with the product managers for product identification, the customer relationship managers/front-liners of branches for product education.
- Responsible for ensuring sales targets are achieved objectively in accordance with agreed business targets.
- Ensuring operational and legal aspects related to business relationships are maintained thoroughly and comprehensively such as but not limited to Due Diligence Reports, Distribution Agreements, Operational Notes.
- Manage relationships with existing distribution channels parties such as bank and non-bank distributors and establish activations for broaden our B-to-B-to-C as well as B-to-C client basis
Qualifications:
- 3 - 4 years' experience in related field
- Hold WMI / WPPE / WPEE / WAPERD is a must
- Bachelor's degree from the reputable University
- Solid working experience in investment management preferably in sizeable financial institutions with strong investment products knowledge
- Have logical and critical thinking processes to improve or establish new initiatives or challenge existing ones
- Strong business sense, having a good understanding of industry and trends, and being attentive to detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced regional-based environment.
- Craving for challenging assignments and having a high drive to establish projects from ideation to execution.
- Strong written & communication skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
