Rewards & People Services Sr Manager

You will be responsible to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of our rewards & payroll products, which will include multiple benefits, perks, and monthly payroll processes (in-house). This is a full-time manager position, you will be responsible to manage and ensure your entire team performance, including their development and career journey with Evermos.
- This position requires you to have solid experience in managing end-to-end in-house payroll processes, exposure to rewards project-related is a plus.

**Accountabilities**- By managing the team: ensure accurate, timely, and efficient delivery of rewards & payroll services.-
- Monitor and champion total rewards framework & implementation, provide advice and professional solutions to defuse any operational challenges.-
- Propose new and/or modify existing people-related benefits/perks.- Works closely with leaders in the People team and other departments regarding deductions, rewards and various pay and incentive plans.

**Requirements**:
- Minimum bachelor's degree from Accounting/Tax/any related major.-
- At least 6+ years hands-on experience in payroll, salaries tax and well versed with people management and supervisory management experiences.-
- Have good knowledge of social security (BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan).-
- Outstanding comprehension of the utilization of Ms Office products especially Excel.- Proficient in using payroll e-system & payroll software.
- Knowledgeable of total compensation/rewards.
