Risk Management Jr Manager

**Main Responsibilities**:
Create, review, and develop Risk Management Strategy Guidelines

Developing Company risk criteria (Risk Acceptance Criteria)

Arrange determination of Risk Appetite

Creating KRI / Tolerance

Establish policies related to Company Risk Management

Compile, monitor, report the risk profile/top risk of the Company

Provide best practice guidance to the team.

Identifying and analyzing various risks (e.g. operational, compliance, financial, develop risk culture & awareness.

**General responsibilities**:
Conduct risk assessment for all GGF strategic projects including (infrastructure, NPD, M&A, Expansion, etc)

Ensuring and reviewing that the mitigation plan has been implemented

Monitor & follow-up project progress
Minimum Bachelor Degree of Accounting/Financial Management

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Risk Management/Internal Control Jr Manager
