Rooms Sales Manager (Korean Or Japanese Speaker)

Summary
- To assist in the implementation of the annual hotel's Sales Strategy (goals, tactics and actions)
- To achieve and exceed forecasted revenue figures in Rooms, and contribute to Food and Beverage, and all other revenue departments.
- To ensure that the sales activities are aligned with the Corporate Sales and Marketing Strategy and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate
- To represent the Sales function at different meetings in the absence of the Director of Sales.
- To ensure sales files and systems have correct booking procedures, including group room and meeting programmed history, sales call activities, contractual agreements, room block analysis, credit and payment document, etc.
- Proactively contact a contracted agency, local DMC, overseas WHLA to follow up on their production, renew the contract if necessary, launch a special offer to dynamic selling strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Hospitality or Business Management
- Has minimum 1 (one) year experience in similar position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel Chain
- Previous experience in Luxury Hotel or international experience are advantages
- Strong in leadership and business acumen
- Excellent English communication skills, strong guest service mindset and people management & development skills
