Safety Transport Manager

**Your Responsibilities**:

- To ensure & support operations obeying in terms of HSE requirements & regulation in all his coverage area
- Responsibility & accountability to ensure & support operations to achieve HSE KPI HSE Country KPI
- Integrates Health, Safety, and environment assurance in all his coverage area
- Actively & effectively as an interface between operations and Operations Department
- Deliver regular safety training for all driver (by monthly basis)
- Lead operations team to conduct HIRAC Transport activity and manage the documentation
- Lead operations team to perform legal assessment compliance for transport activity, and perform communications & escalation process for any nonconformity.
- To be lead operations team to conduct Journey route risk assessment & Journey management plan in pre-go live and conduct regular review every 6 months. Ensure all driver has been communicated and updated the JRRA & JMP as their guidance
- Monitoring safety performance for all driver based on Telematics system and KPI indicator
- Preparing and Provide regular safety report to management and customer
- Monitoring safety implementation of the vendor by regular audit & conduct escalation if any issues found

- Defensive Driving Knowledge
- Experience in Transport for 2 years
