The Role:
Sales Admin
- Support all administration related to Sales activities, administer and prepare the tender documentation
- Maintain the report documentation and proposals
- Administer the proposals, sales contracts, etc
- Responsible for dealing with invoices and monitoring the payment from the Customer
- Maintain database of customers, partners and contacts. Ensure that all the business contacts are updated on a regular basis into the database accordingly.
General Affairs
- Manage office facility and assets including routine and non-routine office purchase
- Maintain all office legal and permit document, deal and liaise with related external party.
- Work closely with vendor (including building management) and Finance to ensure the invoice and all supporting document is completed, and payment done in timely manner.
- Assist with general HR tasks such as Employee Engagement program implementation and general administration.
- Make arrangement of incoming and outcoming documents
- Supervise and coordinate Office Boy/Messenger.
What we are looking for:
- Min Diploma degree in any major
- Having 1-2 years of experience in the same capacity
- Good English communication oral and written
- Good negotiation skills
- Strong organizational, communication, and team management skills
- Meticulous, efficient, responsible, and resourceful, with the ability to multi-task and operate under tight deadlines
- Ability to work well with all levels of management and staff, as well as outside stakeholders and vendors
