**About The Role**
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team and provide crucial support in sales administrative processes. This role primarily involves creating purchase orders, monitoring the delivery of goods to resellers and internal teams, and efficiently managing important documents
**Responsibility**
- ** Purchase Order Processing**: Generate, review, and manage purchase orders accurately, ensuring they reflect the correct products, quantities, and pricing
- ** Order Tracking**: Monitor and follow up on the status of orders to ensure timely delivery to both resellers and internal departments. Communicate with logistics teams and coordinate to resolve any delivery issues
- ** Documentation Management**: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents
- ** Inventory Management**: Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure the availability of products, keeping stock levels up to date and maintaining accurate records
- ** Cross-Functional Communication**: Facilitate communication and coordination between sales, brand and marketing,, people and finance departments to ensure a smooth working process
- ** Retails registration process**: Support the sales team for the retails (modern trade/general trade) registration process by providing details administrative documents and follow up on process in a timely manner
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related fields
- Proven experience in a similar role or sales administration for at least 1 year
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
