Sales And Marketing Manager (Ess)

Determine the technical scope of envisaged projects; analyze and evaluate user-technical requirements
- Identify differences in project technical requirements; communicate, clarify, and track all R&D and business development team feedback effectively
- Document product and solution recommendations for each project based on the company's existing product line, updated accordingly from clarifications and feedback on technical specifications
- Provide technical input and prepare technical specification sheets for each project bid.
- Follow up on the production of prototypes; document processes; compile user manuals; and conduct acceptance checks
- Train marketing teams on product specifications and functionalities, delivering presentations and performing product demonstrations
- This position will be based in Indonesia

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Electronic or Computer Engineering, with 5 years of relevant experience
- Self-motivated, initiative, and a strong desire to learn
- Great interpersonal skills and customer-oriented
- Familiar with **solar systems and power distribution systems** preferred
