You should demonstrate a strong commitment to service, a genuine curiosity and interest in people, authenticity, fashion & style sensibility, and exceptional selling skills.
**Job Description & Responsibility**
- Providing the highest level of customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect
- Contribute to maintaining BIASA brand and operating standards to support brand consistency
- Assist with inventory control and achieve shrink objectives
- Nurture strong relationships with all clients
- Maintain security standards within the store to ensure safety clients, colleagues and to protect our assets through appropriate care and handling of merchandise
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all product categories
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Drive & meet Sales requirements
**What We Need**
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail, customer service or sales environment
- Possesses strong verbal and written communication
- Exhibits a strong work ethic, leadership skills, high energy level, and is team-oriented
- knowledge of sales principles
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
- Maintains a polished and well-groomed appearance at all times
- Willingness to constantly broaden brand and product knowledge
- Basic administrative ability
- Understanding of luxury customer service
- Experience using office equipment, including printers and fax machines
- Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive
