More than 3 years experience in Sales in B2C business (Financial industry).

More than 1 year experience in leading a team.

Strong empathy for the business and mission of company.

Strong commitment and execution skill.

Manage, lead and develop the Business Development and Sales division organization to achieve short term and long term goals.

Develop new segment market and opportunity from scratch.

Report daily, weekly and monthly achievement to founders directly.
