Sales Field Representative

Job Description:

- Execute go-to-market strategies and plan to strengthen our product positioning in B2B through market research, business analysis, and forecasting
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Promote the company's products addressing or predicting clients' objectives
- Negotiate contract terms with clients then communicate to Business Development Manager about the progress
- Present reports and realistic forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis to Business Development Manager

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- Min of 1 - 3 years of experience in B2B Sales Marketing
- Proven track record sales in 1 - 3 years
- Experience in the consumer electronics industry or e-commerce/ startup is preferred
- Customer-focused with service-minded attitude, excellent communication skills, maintain relationships, along with sound commercial understanding
- Experience in the use of CRM and the ability to create targets and sales activity plans
- Willingness to do a business trip if necessary (have driving license SIM A or C)

**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month
