We aim to provide high quality machines and services to our customers all across Indonesia, and we are dedicated to being the ultimate lifting solution.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site Sales Heavy Equipment role, located in Tangerang. The Sales Heavy Equipment associate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, preparing proposals, negotiating and finalizing agreements, and achieving sales targets. This role requires an individual who can work with mínimal supervision, is customer-oriented, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and has a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Heavy Equipment Sales, with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written)
- Willingness to travel across Indonesia as needed and availability to work outside of regular business hours when necessary

**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month
