**Distribution Market **:Car & Motorcycle workshops, Car Body Repair, Car Detailing, Car Wash Station, Car & Motorcycle Parts shops, etc.
**JOB SUMMARY** : Develop, implement and monitor sales and marketing capability development plans, training, and systems to drive sales and marketing excellence
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Manage departmental operating budgets and costs to ensure efficient usage of resources.
- Developing sales team & markets by recruiting, placing, training and evaluating the performance of the Sales team in accordance with the plan in achieving targets
- Opening new outlets and maintaining existing outlets in orientation towards SELLING IN & SELLING OUT targets.
- Planning Sales & Marketing Research with analysis of market developments.
- Creating innovative, effective and efficient Marketing Concepts, Marketing Plans and Marketing Programs and implementing them in line with the Company's focus and targets.
- Conduct periodic evaluations of ongoing programs and take immediate action to ensure their effectiveness.
- Build and maintain long term relationships with customers to ensure sustainability of provided services.
- Reports > Weekly, Monthly & Yearly
- Other tasks assigned by leader
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Male 26 - 40 years.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (Management/Marketing, Business Administration and the like)
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivities tools (Excel, Word, Power Point) as well as Google Drive.
- Minimum 3 years work experience in a similar role (same field at Automotive Care Products preferred) and minimum 2 years experiences in a managerial capacity.
- Understand Marketing plan (STP = Segmenting, Targeting and Positioning and Marketing Mix or 4P = Product, Price, Place and Promotion).
- Experienced in implementing B to B (B2B)
- Able to plan marketing activities, deal with competitors, marketing targets and monthly marketing evaluations.
- Have motivation, high initiative, target oriented, honest, diligent, friendly and highly disciplined.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken preferred
